I think Im gonna answer this a lot, so it will be the same response everywhere: The Associated Press, & other news organizations have posted the pictures. Lindsay will turn 18 in July. It's not really 'porn' now is it? In other countries, 15 year olds run around topless on beaches. Only in America would anyone consider this porn. So, no, it's not child pornography. Geez.
